Matrix247 along with Insight6 and KUB hosted a successful breakfast briefing. The objective was to teach law firms how to improve conversion ratios of marketing spend to client instructions. This event took place at Brown Shipley Private Bank in Spinningfields, Manchester on the 30th April 2019. Over 20+ delegates heard from legal sector specialists Victor Lisowski, Sarah Percy and Peter Dickinson.

Firstly, Sarah Percy, a client experience specialist at Insight6, went through eye-opening statistics. These covered the cost of lost opportunities in a law firm and what the value of a client experience strategy is.
Secondly, Peter Dickinson, a digital marketing specialist at KUB, discussed the digital ecosystem and omnichannel experience law firms should adopt. This enables law firms to meet the needs of the modern client.
Thirdly, Victor Lisowski, a telecommunications specialist at Matrix247, ran through how to accurately measure marketing activity and how to identify the best performing marketing channels. Victor also ran through the importance of communication policies and why many law firms are now putting these in place with their solicitors and employees. Tracking team performance was also a hot topic. This provides law firms with the ability to manage call quality and compliance within their organisation. It is of paramount importance to a law firm that when an existing or potential client is speaking to staff on the phone, staff are delivering the brand experience and handling enquiries in the correct way.
