Matrix offers help and advice, specialising in (but certainly not solely) telecoms and data technology in the call and contact centre sector to enable your organisation to provide Equal Opportunities in the workplace. We offer guidance and support on the latest disability legislation.

Matrix is supported by the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA) and encourages employee assistance programs that promote disabled working. Where appropriate and where Matrix can't gain assistance for you with travel cost subsidy programs, we also encourage the consideration of home-based remote agent working.

Through the latest call and contact centre technology available, agents can have a mirror image of their HQ desk environment at their desktop at home including a complete and seamless transfer of all HQ database, telecoms and associated software, right down to call-recording, log-on and off facilities and real-time visual help from the supervisor for immediate aid or planned training. We also offer advice and guidance on the very latest bespoke desks, chairs, computer input devices and workplace solutions for people who ordinarily find it difficult to work in the call and contact centre sector.
