Should anyone, either worldwide or in the office next-door, call their single intelligent number, our network will automatically distinguish between inbound fax or call and route the call to the handset they are currently using.
As all calls are now routed through the Matrix Hosted Office data centre, all the features normally associated with your powerful business telephone system now become available on your mobile gsm telephone.
This could include call-recording and archiving automatically all telephone conversations to your company mobile phones , the retrieval of which may be a simple link on your customers database record under a history tab, which can be set–up as an automated link to your client record.
Intelligent numbers, features and security settings can all be chosen on a per user basis. This means that for each phone you can decide who is recorded and who has the ability to listen to whose business conversations for example.
