UNIVERSITY POST GRADUATE & MBA PROGRAMS
These courses are aimed at Call and Contact Centre staff and management wishing to combine work experience with academic study. These programs in Contact Centre Management usually take no more than two days per month out to study.
Even if staff and management have very little previous academic or professional qualifications, providing they have had two years experience in the call or contact centre sector and can demonstrate previous learning outcomes through prior work experience, they would be seriously considered.
